DEForce Racing staff SMS program
These Terms & Conditions apply to the DEForce Racing LLC operational staff SMS program. Messages may include staff event alerts, staffing assignments, itinerary links, travel and hotel updates, and requests to confirm an event plan or report an issue. The program is not for marketing.
Enrollment does not guarantee that messages will be sent immediately. Production team messaging depends on carrier registration, provider configuration and the team's rollout. During the initial trial, messages are explicitly labeled TEST and are restricted to the participating user's own opted-in number.
Voluntary enrollment
Approved members enroll through My SMS preferences in the team portal by entering their own number, selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox and clicking Save preferences. Adding a number or being assigned to an event alone does not constitute SMS consent. You must be authorized to use the number you provide.
Saving preferences displays an on-screen confirmation and records your choice. Saving does not send an event text. Do not interpret the on-screen confirmation as evidence that an SMS was delivered.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies according to your events, assignments, plan changes and responses. Messages may recur while you remain enrolled.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier about your plan and charges.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out of program texts. You can also opt out at any time in My SMS preferences. An opt-out does not cancel an event assignment or record an attendance decline.
Reply HELP for help, or contact DEForce Racing LLC at info@deforceracing.com. While messaging registration is pending, use the email or contact your team administrator for assistance.
Delivery and event responses
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Use the portal or contact your team administrator for current event information; do not rely on an SMS for emergency or safety-critical instructions.
A message accepted or delivered by the provider is not an attendance confirmation. Follow the specific reply instructions and request code in a confirmation message. TEST replies never change actual staffing or attendance.
Privacy and program updates
Read the linked Privacy Policy for information about phone numbers, consent records, delivery records and replies. SMS opt-in data and personal information are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Updated program terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes do not automatically enroll members who have opted out.
